WDRI is currently in the early development and implementation phase of a structured Recovery-to-Work Pipeline (Phase I) designed to support individuals in recovery and those impacted by the justice system in achieving stability, employment readiness, and long-term self-sufficiency. We are actively partnering with employers who believe in second chances and are committed to creating pathways to meaningful employment for individuals rebuilding their lives.
This workforce-focused model serves as the foundation of a broader, long-term vision to develop an integrated continuum of care that will include transitional housing and expanded recovery support services as funding and infrastructure are secured.
WDRI’s current focus is the development and delivery of a Recovery-to-Work Pipeline that connects recovery support with workforce development and economic stability.
This phase is designed to reduce barriers to employment and strengthen long-term recovery outcomes by helping participants build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to reenter the workforce successfully.
Core supports include:
This phase reflects the belief that economic stability is a critical component of sustained recovery and community reintegration.
WDRI is actively planning the development of a transitional housing program that will operate in alignment with and directly support the Recovery-to-Work Pipeline.
This future housing component will provide safe, structured, and supportive living environments for individuals actively engaged in recovery and workforce programming. The intent is to create a coordinated system where housing stability and employment development work together to support long-term success.
As funding and infrastructure are secured, this phase will expand WDRI’s ability to offer a fully integrated recovery and reentry model.
WDRI’s long-term vision is to develop a fully integrated Recovery-to-Work system that combines:
This model is designed to reduce recidivism, strengthen recovery outcomes, and support sustainable reintegration by addressing housing, recovery, employment, and community support as interconnected components of stability.
Across all phases of development, WDRI is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and adherence to best practices.
Our work is grounded in:
These commitments guide both current programming and future expansion efforts.
WDRI is building more than a program—we are building a pathway. By connecting recovery support with employment opportunities today and expanding into integrated housing and community-based supports in the future, we are working toward a system that promotes lasting change, independence, and community stability.
