Fostering Opportunities in Recovery, Workforce Access, Reentry, and Development
The FORWARD Initiative is a comprehensive recovery program designed to support individuals rebuilding their lives after substance use and justice system involvement. The program integrates recovery housing, workforce development, peer support, life-skills training, and reentry services within a structured, healing community environment. Through a phased model of care, participants are empowered to achieve long-term sobriety, stable employment, and independent living.
The FORWARD Initiative is a project of We Do Recover Inc. The nonprofit is currently working to secure grant and private funding to bring this vision to life and expand recovery resources within the community.
