Empowering Others

The West Virginia Transitional Housing Program is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and structured living environment for individuals in recovery. The program will offer temporary housing, case management, life skills training, and connections to employment and community resources to help residents build a stable foundation for long-term success.

We are currently applying for grant funding to bring this project to life. Once funded, it will serve as a vital bridge between early recovery and independent living. Please join us in our mission!
