 Program Director


We are proud to introduce Julie, our dedicated Program Director at We Do Recover Inc. With personal experience in long-term recovery and having navigated the challenges of incarceration, she brings a deep understanding, empathy, and passion to her work supporting individuals on their recovery journeys.


For over four years, Julie has worked in substance use disorder treatment, helping clients build hope, resilience, and practical skills for lasting change. She is currently completing her MSW, with graduation expected in February 2026, and has hopes of becoming a licensed therapist, further strengthening her expertise in guiding individuals through recovery and transitional housing.


As Program Director, Julie oversees programs, staff, and operations, ensuring that We Do Recover Inc. fulfills its mission and provides meaningful support to those in recovery.

Board President


Erin is originally from Connecticut, where she earned her Master of Social Work (MSW). She has lived in the region for several years, during which time West Virginia has come to hold a special place in her heart.


Erin currently works as a Student Assistant Specialist for Loudoun County Public Schools, supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs. 


Prior to this role, she served as both a case manager and later a therapist at the Berkeley Day Report Center, where she worked closely with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders. 


In addition to her full-time work, Erin also serves part-time as a crisis worker in Winchester, providing support to individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance-related crises.


Erin is deeply committed to helping others and brings compassion, dedication, and a strong passion for supporting individuals struggling with substance use on their path toward stability and recovery.


Board Secretary


Teri is a dedicated social worker and counselor with a strong commitment to serving individuals and communities through compassionate, evidence-based practice. Born and raised in West Virginia, she has a deep personal connection to the state and its communities. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) and is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree, further advancing her clinical expertise and leadership in the field.

With a true passion for helping others, Teri remains deeply committed to West Virginia and to empowering individuals through advocacy, empathy, and a belief in the capacity for growth and change.

 Board Treasurer


Jennifer was born, raised, and currently resides in West Virginia, where she remains deeply connected to her community. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University and has dedicated her professional life to supporting children and families.


Jennifer currently works as a homebound educator in Jefferson County, providing educational support to children who are unable to attend traditional school settings due to emotional or behavioral challenges. Her role allows her to meet students where they are, offering both academic instruction and compassionate support during critical times.


In addition to her professional work, Jennifer is a generous and community-minded individual who volunteers her time providing food and supplies to transient individuals in Jefferson County.


She has a true passion for helping others and is driven by a strong commitment to service, empathy, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
